Forgeting your password is not a problem because jCollect allow user of the system to get their password back. All customer have to do is click forget password and supply the email registered with the account. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email registered with the account.
Withdrawal from jCollect is very simple. first thing you have to do is add your bank account details to your account and click on withdraw. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click on proceed, then click on confirm if everything you inserted is correct. You will get money in your account within 1hr.

The amount on that voucher will be added to your account immediately.
To receive money with jCollect from non user of jCollect is very simple. With Payme link, you can receive money from anywhere in the world either from a customer or family & friends. All you have to do is send the payme link to the sender. The payme link can be found on your dashboard which is in this format (https//jcollect.io/payme/username).
You can veiw all the transaction that has happen on your account when you login to your account.
If there is fail transaction, all customer have to is send a mail to customer@jcollect.io containing all the transaction detail and our team will take swift response and will be resolved.
Requesting of money or Sending of Invoice is very simple.
